Bertempat di Ruang Rapat DPRD Kota Padang Panjang, pada hari ini, Senin, 21 Oktober 2019 dilaksanakan Rapat Pembahasan Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Propemperda) antara Unsur Pemerintah Kota dengan DPRD.

Unsur dari DPRD adalah BP Perda yaitu alat kelengkapan khusus di DPRD yang bertugas merancang dan membahas Peraturan Daerah. Pada kesempatan tersebut Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Erizal, SH selaku ketua BP-Perda. Sementara itu, rombongan dari Pemerintah Kota dipimpin oleh Dr. Syahril, SH, MH sebagai Kabag Hukum Setdako dengan dihadiri oleh jajaran pejabat terkait di bagian hukum dan beberapa OPD pemrakarsa Ranperda.

Salah satu poin penting dari hasil rapat tersebut adalah forum menyepakati untuk mempersiapkan penetapan Propemperda 2020 sesegeranya sebelum ditetapkannya ABD TA 2020. Untuk itu, beberapa Ranperda yang dibintangi seperti Pengelolaan Nagari, Cadangan Pangan dan Pengelolaan PDAM perlu untuk dikomunikasikan lebih lanjut dan intensif antara DPRD dan Pemko Padang Panjang.

Semoga nantinya Ranperda yang ditetapkan dalam Propemperda 2020 dapat diajdikan Perda yang dibutuhkan untuk pengaturan kehidupan bermasyarakat yang lebih baik di daerah Kota berjuluk Serambi Mekkah dan Kota Pendidikan ini.

On this day, Monday, October 21, 2019, there was a Discussion Meeting on the Formation of Regional Regulation (Propemperda) Program between the City Government and the Local Parliament (DPRD) which took place in the DPRD Padang Panjang Meeting Room.

An element of the DPRD is the BP Perda, a sepcial body in the DPRD which is tasked with drafting and discussing Local Regulations. On that occasion, the meeting was chaired directly by Erizal, SH as chairman of the BP-Perda. Meanwhile, the delegation from the City Government was led by Dr. Syahril, SH, MH as the Head of the Legal Department and attended by relevant officials and several Institutions initiating the Local Regulation Draft (Ranperda).

One important point of the results of the meeting was that the forum agreed to prepare for the establishment of the 2020 Propemperda as soon as possible before the enactment of Local Revenue and Expenditures Budget of the year 2020 (APBD TA 2020). For this reason, several Ranperda which starred such as Nagari Management, Food Reserves and PDAM Management need to be communicated further and intensively between DPRD and City Government of Padang Panjang.

It is expected that the Local Regulations which will be stipulated in 2020 Propemperda can be used as a local regulation that is needed for better community management in the area of ​​the city nicknamed the Veranda of Mecca and the City of Education.
